CONNECTICUT
Bloomfield: 165,000 sq. ft. expansion and remodeling has begun at 285,000 sq. ft. Copaco Shopping Center on 35 acres at Cottage Grove Rd and Granby St in Hartford County (See SCD, P. Northeast Philadelphia: Construction continues on $45 million, 450,000 sq. ft. Whitman Square on 36 acres at Grant Ave and Roosevelt Blvd (former Whitman’s chocolate factory) (See SCD, P. Moncks Corner: Construction could begin in June on $48 million, 408,000 sq. ft.
